District 9 Movie – Storyline :

In 1982, a huge star ship bearing a bedraggled alien population, nicknamed “The Prawns,” appeared over Johannesburg, South Africa . Twenty-eight years later, the initial welcome by the human population has faded. The camp where the aliens were located has deteriorated into a militarized ghetto called District 9, where they’re confined and exploited in squalor. In 2010, the munitions corporation, Multi-National United, is contracted to forcibly evict the population with operative Wikus van der Merwe responsible . during this operation, Wikus is exposed to a wierd alien chemical and must believe the assistance of his only two new ‘Prawn’ friends.

District 9 Full Movie Review:

“District 9” may be a mixture of 1,000,000 ideas all thrown together directly . Past movies have done this and sunk due to it, but “District 9” succeeds because they’re competently explained and portrayed. a couple of technical things cause this to urge an 8 rather than a ten (for example, one scene is interesting, but it’s out of place, and therefore the film’s big transition doesn’t go very well), but it’s still a highly recommendable film. And for once, the shaking camera is employed effectively.

Do i feel that Blomkamp should direct “Halo?” While there is no question that he could roll in the hay , and make an excellent movie out of the sport , i do not think he’s the proper man for the work . i do not think “Halo” would look good as a grainy documentary. But that’s just me.
