Beyond Hell 2019 Film Review:

There are times when a horror movie is so bad it becomes comedy and that certainly applies to Beyond Hell which was way too unintentionally funny to be a horror movie, in fact the scariest part of the movie was the hint that there may be a sequel. This movie is so cheap and amateurish looking , it makes The Asylum films look like Hollywood block busters. It’s as if someone got a $300 cash advance to film this but only used $79 . The demons were really low rent, they looked like children’s costumes and the fake blood was so fake it looked like chocolate syrup. They couldn’t afford fake blood ? They obviously could not afford real actors because these “actors” were terrible , although some of the lines in this script were intentionally funny. There is topless nudity and hints of all girl action, so it does have brief times when it seems almost like an adult movie gone wrong, just not enough to make it interesting. There are continuity problems, the mask on the lead demon renders most of his dialogue unintelligible, Hell itself seems to be nothing but rocks, and one actor seems to be holding back from laughing during most of his scenes. To sum it up, if you watch it as a horror movie, it stinks, but I didn’t fall asleep, I did laugh quite a bit and I’ll soon totally forget I ever watched it.
